The products of kate B. Textile Design are collage based, combining bold colour combinations, varied texture, and a playful mixture of pattern. They can be purchased at craft shows, through the Ontario Craft Council’s Guild Shop, or directly from the artist. Commissions are welcome. Blankets:
These playful appliquéd throws bring warmth and design into any room. They are made using vintage wool blankets that have been washed, mended, and re-bound. They range in price from $350 to $550.
Quilts:
These beautiful one-of-a-kind bed quilts combine tradition with a bold, graphic, contemporary aesthetic. They are made with a high emphasis on craftsmanship and are sure to become family heirlooms. A queen-sized quilt is priced in the $3000-$4000 range, depending on the fabric used.
Home Accessories:

Care Instructions:
Due the combination of fine fabrics, kate B. blankets and quilts should be dry cleaned by a trusted professional. However, all fabrics are prewashed so feel free to spot clean.

Commissions require a 50% deposit, as well as a signed contract specifying the stages at which the design must be approved by the client. Commissions are not available for products under $500.
